Coffee with Cla(i)re is a podcast hosted by Clare Lim and Claire Nesbitt, Hong Kong based Hyrox athletes, exploring all things fitness, wellness and hybrid training. This podcast is a project born out of their friendship and their love for the world of health and fitness. Claire N comes from a competitive road & trail running background and discovered Hyrox three years ago, now competing at the pro level as well as coaching others to achieve their personal bests. She is also a wine writer & critic based in Hong Kong, travelling the world for both fitness competitions and wine discovery… what a combo! Clare L comes from a dance background and has been a fitness trainer for the past decade, blending yoga, pilates, CrossFit, strength and mobility training into her teaching. She found Hyrox two years ago and is currently exploring a combination of CrossFit and Hyrox based training.
